Use the workspace request form to provide your name, email, website, and a password. Early access is currently free. Submitting the form creates a pending request, rather than immediate access.
An owner checks your identity and authority to access that website, then approves access to the correct configured workspace. An unrelated business needs its own workspace. A pending request cannot read website data.

The owner configures your registered websites and search data access. Google Search Console access is needed for Google search performance and URL inspections. Bing, performance checks, and AI clients need their own connection setup where available.
